We know that you have the option of booking direct or online with large travel booking engines. But WAIT! Remember that if you book online or direct and something should happen that results in your need to cancel a cruise or tour (once you are in the penalty period), you will lose all your money.
Our volume of guests works to your advantage in case of cancellations. We normally keep a wait-list once a category or cruise sells out. On the last 14-day cruise in March of '06 with RSVP, we had a couple confirmed in a Suite who had to cancel at the last minute because of work-related issues. Their investment was close to $13,000. We had another couple that wanted a Suite for 14 days and were just waiting for the opportunity. The cancelled couple lost only$250 with a name change fee. Had they booked directly they would have lost the entire amount! |
